Our simple 3 step process
01: Book Your Discovery Call
Every inspection begins with a discovery call. During this conversation, we'll learn about your concerns, discuss any potential mold-related symptoms or issues you've noticed, and determine whether a mold dog inspection is the right fit for your home.
02: Home Walkthrough & Education
When we arrive, our handler will conduct a visual walkthrough of your property and gather important information about the home's history, moisture concerns, and areas of interest. We'll also take the time to educate you on mold, common problem areas, and what to expect during the inspection process.
03: Winnie Performs the Inspection
Once the walkthrough is complete, Winnie gets to work. Using her highly trained sense of smell, she will conduct a thorough inspection of the home to locate potential mold sources. Any areas identified by Winnie will be clearly flagged for further investigation, giving you targeted information to help guide your next steps.
